Parts Interpreter / Service Support Caloundra GWM – Pacific Gympie Dealership Group Caloundra GWM is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter who is also confident assisting with Service Advising support. This is a dynamic, dual-function role ideal for someone who understands dealership operations and enjoys both technical parts interpretation and customer interaction. As part of the Pacific Gympie Dealership Group (Caloundra GWM, Maroochydore GWM & Renault, and Pacific Gympie), you’ll be joining a progressive and growing dealership group focused on structure, performance and customer experience. About the Role This position plays a critical role in supporting both the Workshop and Front Counter by: Interpreting and ordering parts accurately and efficiently Liaising with technicians regarding parts availability and ETA Assisting with quoting and invoicing Supporting Service Advisers during peak periods Communicating with customers regarding parts and repair progress Managing backorders and supplier relationships Maintaining stock control and minimising obsolete stock Assisting with warranty parts processes where required This is a hands-on position suited to someone organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
